Since September 2023 thanks to the Rose Community Foundation and The Colorado Health Foundation, Mountain Dreamers has created a program to support new migrant arrivals in Summit County.

Immigrants and their families have been the backbone of our region for decades, and today Mountain Dreamers and local residents make sure we remain a community that’s welcoming and supportive of newly arrived migrants.

“Newcomers” mission

To provide emergency community integration. An immigrant mentor will guide individuals through the social and cultural resources and act as a mediator between families and organizations to increase opportunities and eliminate barriers.
